Lease Information

Contracts

Contracts are available NOW for the academic year 2008/9. We suggest a ten month contract as a minimum, although we are open to negotiation depending on your circumstances. We have individual tenancy agreements for all rooms so each tenant is responsible for their own rent. All bills and services are to be paid for by the tenants, we suggest the bills are split equally, but it's left to you to decide.

Rent

The rent for all rooms in all houses is £50.00/week

Deposit

A deposit of four weeks rent is required, this is refundable at the end of your time with us.

Retainer

Unlike many agencies we DO NOT charge a retainer for the property to be held over the summer.
