Properties for Students

We are an established company dedicated to providing high quality accommodation for students in Nottingham. All of our properties, and the rooms to let within them, have received accreditation under the NTU student accommodation scheme.

Our Tenants

We cater primarily for students of the Nottingham Trent University but happily welcome students from either University, or any of the local colleges. Our properties are located in the popular city centre area of Sneinton, and in Clifton, near the NTU Clifton Campus.

Our Aim

We aim to provide a homely atmosphere for our tenants for the duration of their stay with us. Feel free to look inside our houses and view the details of our leases. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
